Factors affecting customers’ post-purchase behavior towards apartments in Ho Chi Minh City

The development of the market economy has had a great impact on urban . rapid growth population and residents migrating to big cities have resulted in increasing housing demand. Housing needs for people general Ho Chi Minh City, particular, are becoming more urgent, especially, apartment buildings because limited land fund locality. Analyzing factors affecting customers’ post-purcahse bahavior is useful real estate companies. To examine causal relationship among perceived risk, quality, customer satisfaction, behavior, This research used structural equation modeling (SEM) analyze 412 samples who bought apartments City. results showed that post-purchase behavior towards directly affected by satisfaction indirectly factors: location, after-sales support, price, brand. And study provided recommendations enhance influence apartments.
